Documentation Your domains

Confirm a sending service

A sending service is anything that sends email as your domain: your mail provider, a newsletter tool, a billing system. Reports show which servers sent mail; Mailglo names the services behind them where it can.

Why your answer matters

Only you know whether a service is yours. Recognizing a provider, or seeing its mail pass SPF, does not mean it is allowed to send as you. Your answer decides what an investigation suggests next. It never changes your DNS.

How to answer

Open a domain's Sending services. For each service, write a short reason and choose:

  1. Authorize: you use it. Mailglo can suggest records so its mail passes.
  2. Deny: you do not use it. Mail from it may be someone else using your domain.
  3. Mark unknown: you are not sure yet.

Every decision is recorded with who made it and why, and can be changed later.
