Notifications
Mailglo tells you when something needs attention or moves forward: an investigation, an approval, a gap in reports, a billing event, a service incident or a setup step, such as a domain whose access Mailglo just verified.
Choose how you hear
Under Settings, Notifications, each category can arrive by email right away, in a daily digest, or only in Mailglo. Setup has a single Email box, ticked to start with. Quiet hours hold routine notices overnight in your time zone.
One-click unsubscribe
Every notification email ends with a link that turns off email for that category in that organization, with one click and no sign-in. Case assignments and corrections count as Investigation updates, and sending-service decisions as Approval requests, so the same choice covers them. Email apps that offer an unsubscribe button use the same link. The notices keep appearing in Mailglo, and you can turn email back on under Settings, Notifications.
Notices you always receive
Required account and security notices always arrive, whatever you choose.
Recent notices
The bell in the workspace lists recent notices with links to the page they are about. An empty list means nothing was sent, not that every domain is healthy.
