1. Who we are

Mailglo is run by Inspectural LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we handle and why. For the data our customers send us about their own domains, such as DMARC reports, we act on the customer’s behalf.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, organization, password (stored hashed), two-factor settings and the agreement versions you accepted.
  • Billing: plan and invoice records. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see them.
  • Domain data: DMARC reports and the original report emails sent to Mailglo, the domains and DNS records you add, and what Mailglo works out from them. Reports can contain mail-server IP addresses, email addresses and message headers.
  • Support: messages you send us.
  • Technical: sign-in and security logs, including IP addresses.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to run Mailglo, provide what you asked for, send service and billing emails, support you, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information, show ads, or use your data to train AI models.

4. Cookies

Mailglo sets only what it needs to work: a sign-in cookie, a security token, and your display preferences stored in your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

5. Who we share it with

We share information with providers that help us run Mailglo, only for that purpose. They include:

  • OVHcloud: hosting and storage.
  • Mailtrap: sending our emails.
  • Stripe: payments, if you buy a paid plan.

Ask us for the current list.

We also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or the service, or with a buyer of our business, who must keep this policy’s protections. Account owners can see the information in their organization.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and domain data while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Original report emails are not deleted automatically, including when an account closes. You can ask us to delete data; we handle each request by hand and tell you what we removed and what we must keep.

7. Where it is stored

Original report emails are kept with OVHcloud in its US-East (Virginia) region. Ask us where other data is held.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. We handle these requests by hand. Email support@mailglo.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Security

We protect information with access controls, hashed passwords and two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

10. Children

Mailglo is for businesses. Accounts are for people 18 and over.

11. Changes

We will post changes here with a new date, and tell account owners about material changes.

12. Contact
